Getting Started
Start-Ups
If you need a personal or business website designed & maintained long term, We can provide a website designed for any purpose. Below is a guide to the range of standard services which cater for around 99% of most general website you see every day, But we can also tailor make a specific package to suit anyone's needs.
Personal / Business Website
1 to 5 pages (Basic Static Non-Interaction Website)
Prices start from £912.50 per year (Approximately £2.50 per day).
This is a basic level package. You have the option to keep it simple! Or more complex.
You can pay upwards of £2,000.00 the more complex you want your site to be in this category.
We charge £24.00 per hourly rate for any additional updates during the course of the year.
Personal / Business Website
1 to 15 pages (Interactive Website)
Prices start from £1,277.50 per year (Approximately £3.50 per day).
This is a basic level package. You have the option to keep it simple! Or more complex.
You can pay upwards of £6,000.00 the more complex you want your site to be in this category.
We charge £24.00 per hourly rate for any additional updates during the course of the year.
Advanced Business Website
An advance business website that requires constantly monitoring daily and with constant updates on a daily bases can range anywhere from £12,000.00 or £18,000.00 (Depending on complexity) upwards to £60,000.00+ per year.
+Plus any additional cost & expenses.
Pay Per Click Advertising

Minimum 30 day set up (Running)
A management fee starts from £12.95 per day + the cost of ads which you will pay separately.
You will be invoiced on the 1st day of each month in advanced (Management fee).
(Included) Website Advertising Tracking
Website tracking is included in this service and it does actually pay for itself if you have your competitors watching you. Your website will be tracked throughout the day (business hours), This will also involve in tracking & tracing any unwanted activity on your adverts by people or bots running up your bill.
Renewals & Out Of Subscription
Renewals
There is always going to be a cost to keep a website running each year, In some cases the renewal can sometimes be less than the original start-up cost by a slight margin, This is usually if your website needs no changes made! Or no subscription costs have changed. You will receive a renewal invoice around a month before the renewal is due. You will need to decide if you wish to continue or not to renew within 7 days. If you wish to continue for the following year, You will need to pay the invoice within 7 days.
After the first year you can ask us, If you can pay monthly. But this will all depend on your payment history you have with us in the past. If we accept the option to pay monthly! You will be invoiced on the 1st day of each month.
Price Increases
Prices will increase every April.
If you pay on a monthly base, Expect a rise in cost from every April onwards.
If any updates are to be paid for during the year! You will receive a separate invoice to be settled upon completion each time.
End Of Contract Or Subscription
You can leave anytime on your own freewill. Or if you are late with any payments! Your contract or subscription will end forthwith with immediate effect. Any advanced payments for the year or month are non-refunded due to any subscription/s in place.
Out Of Contract Or Subscription
If you have not renewed your contract or subscription before the due date, Or you have let your contract or subscription elapse for any period of time, We can’t guarantee your website can be recovered. The first thing that will happen is: - We will lose control over the domain name, You may have to wait 3 months until your domain name becomes available again, And just hope that know one else gets it first, Or alternatively you may have to start all over again using a different domain name. If you find yourself in this position you will be charged £600.00 to attempt to reactivate your website by trying to gain control of the domain name again, Bear in mind, There is NO guarantee of success. *No payment will be refunded if this action is unsuccessful! As we have no control over the operation. *If successful you will also have to now pay the full cost of your website contract or subscription for the full year. If this payment for the full year's contract or subscription is not received as well within 7 days, We will have to delete the website permanently.
Payments
All Payments
All payments / invoices are to be settled within 7 days. For renewals! Expect to be invoiced a month in advance. *If NO payment is made within 7 days your contract or subscription maybe terminated or not renewed.
